2.3 Combined Services

Mahar Plus may offer integrated services combining matchmaking with financial planning for couples.

3.1 Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Users seeking matchmaking services must be of legal marriageable age in their jurisdiction

3.2 Registration Requirements

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to personal information
• Verify identity when requested

3.3 Prohibited Users

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Are currently married (for matchmaking services)
• Have been previously banned from our platform
• Engage in inappropriate or illegal activities

5.1 Fees and Billing

• All fees are as quoted and agreed upon in your service agreement
• Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy
• No refunds for services already rendered
• Partial refunds may be available in specific circumstances as outlined in individual contracts

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days written notice to existing clients.

• Information is only shared with explicit consent or as required for service delivery

6.2 Background Checks

7.1 Mahar Plus Content

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mahar Plus and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their personal information but grant Mahar Plus license to use such information for service delivery purposes.

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

• Matchmaking: We cannot guarantee that users will find a suitable match or get married
• Financial Coaching: We cannot guarantee specific financial returns or outcomes

8.2 Service Limitations

• Services are provided on an "as is" basis
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• Technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery

8.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content that may be referenced or linked.

9.1 Limited Liability

Mahar Plus's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9.2 Excluded Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• Lost profits or income
• Emotional distress
• Opportunity costs
• Third-party claims

9.3 Financial Advice Disclaimer

Financial coaching is educational in nature and does not constitute professional financial advice. Users should consult with licensed financial advisors for specific investment decisions.

10.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate services by providing written notice according to their service agreement terms.

10.2 Termination by Mahar Plus

We may terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Inappropriate conduct
• Failure to pay fees
• Providing false information

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, users lose access to ongoing services, but completed services remain valid.

11.1 Mediation

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith mediation.

11.2 Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Wyoming laws.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Mahar Plus.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.

12.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and individual service agreements, constitute the entire agreement.

12.4 Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
